5.4/10

The location of Sina De La Ville is absolutely unbeatable, just steps away from the Duomo and Galleria. However, I faced a few issues during my stay, primarily with noise and the pool area. While the staff were quite friendly, room comfort could have been better due to an uncomfortable bed and some cleanliness concerns.

Rooms
7.0
My room had a nice view, but I noticed it smelled slightly off and the bed was not comfortable. The size was alright, though it felt a bit cramped for a four-star hotel.
Service
8.0
The staff was extremely courteous and helpful when I needed assistance, especially after a hiccup with airport transport. However, there were some interactions during breakfast that were a bit awkward, especially with my toddler.
Location
10.0
The proximity to key attractions like the Duomo and Galleria was fantastic, making it super convenient to explore Milan. It was a relief to be close to great restaurants without the noise of the crowds.
Dining
8.0
Breakfast offered a hearty selection, from pastries to cooked eggs. But I did find the dining area a bit basic and the staff there could have been more attentive.
Facilities
7.0
I enjoyed some time at the rooftop pool, though it could get crowded and was quite small. The lobby and bar area were pleasant spots to unwind after a long day of sightseeing.

7.4/10

My stay at Sina De La Ville was enjoyable, thanks to the friendly staff and excellent location. However, the limited breakfast selection and old beds detracted from the overall experience. While the atmosphere was charming and historic, some aspects felt tired and in need of updating. Overall, it's a decent choice for travelers who prioritize location over complete comfort. 🌟🏨

The rooftop pool was refreshing, but it felt small, and during my visit, it was crowded by a loud group.

5.6/10

My stay at Sina De La Ville was quite a mix. The location near the Duomo was fantastic, allowing easy access to famous attractions. The staff were friendly and very helpful, especially when I had issues with my power converters. However, I did notice that the hotel could benefit from some renovations, particularly regarding the room comfort, as my mattress was not optimal. Overall, it was a good experience, but there’s room for improvement.

Rooms
6.0
While the room was well-furnished, my mattress was quite concave and uncomfortable. The room also had some dust, which could be attributed to the city air. The bathroom, however, was pleasantly designed with good lighting.
Service
8.0
The service was overall attentive, with staff going out of their way to assist me, particularly the concierge. There was a minor hiccup when they misunderstood my request at the bar, but that didn’t overshadow the positive interactions I had.
Location
10.0
The hotel's location was excellent, just minutes away from the Duomo and the Galleria. This made it incredibly convenient for exploring Milan’s vibrant shopping and dining scene.
Dining
8.0
Breakfast was a highlight, with a substantial selection that included fresh pastries and cooked items, though I heard some had issues with the quality of the food served at other times.
Facilities
6.0
The rooftop pool was a nice touch, offering a quick dip opportunity, despite its small size. However, I found the amenities to generally reflect an older hotel vibe, needing some modernization.

5.0/10

My stay at Sina De La Ville was pretty solid overall. The location is unbeatable, just a short stroll from the Duomo and all the city's major spots. However, I did find the room a bit cramped for two people, and the breakfast options left something to be desired. The staff was friendly, but I encountered some variations in their helpfulness. It was a decent trip, but there are some areas that could definitely use improvement.

Rooms
6.0
The room was clean and well-maintained, but surprisingly small for a couple staying more than one night. The balcony was a nice touch, although accessing it was tricky with our suitcase taking up most of the limited space.
Service
7.0
While some staff members were accommodating and nice, I found the overall service to be hit or miss. There were moments when getting help felt more like an inconvenience than a priority.
Location
10.0
You really can't beat the location. It's right in the heart of Milan, just minutes away from major attractions like the Duomo and La Scala, which was perfect for my city exploration.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was a bit underwhelming, with limited options that often ran out. The atmosphere in the breakfast room wasn't great either, feeling a bit cramped, and there was no table service for coffee.
Facilities
7.0
I enjoyed the small rooftop pool, which, although limited in size, provided a refreshing escape. However, the air conditioning in the room wasn’t as strong as I'd hoped, especially in the summer heat.

5.2/10

I had a stay at Sina De La Ville which offered excellent proximity to the Duomo and Galleria, making sightseeing very convenient. The room was well-furnished and the breakfast selections were diverse and satisfying. However, the lack of effective air conditioning made nights uncomfortable, especially with the record heat that Milan was experiencing.

Rooms
6.0
My room was lovely and clean, equipped with comfortable twin beds and a well-designed bathroom. Unfortunately, the outdated air conditioning made it quite hot, and I often struggled to sleep comfortably.
Service
7.0
While the initial staff greeting felt a bit cold, I found most of the other staff I interacted with to be friendly and eager to help during my stay. However, my attempts to address the air conditioning issue didn’t seem to yield any results.
Location
9.0
The location was fantastic, just steps away from major attractions like the Duomo and the Galleria. I could easily explore the city without needing to travel far, which I truly appreciated.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast was quite good, with a variety of options including European favorites, American choices, and delicious pastries. However, the breakfast room felt cramped and noisy at times, which detracted from the experience.
Facilities
6.0
The rooftop pool was a refreshing escape after a hot day, but it's quite small and was often crowded. Other amenities like the gym could use some improvements, and I missed having basic features like a coffee machine in my room.
